The “New customer” has to register on the web and then send us an email to nfnatcane@nfnatcane.es, indicating the following data:

NEW CUSTOMER DATA

  • Name and surnames

  • Email with which you registered

EXISTING CUSTOMER DATA

  • Registration email

Once we receive the email, we will proceed to activate the Friend Plan for the existing customer and the discount coupon for the new customer.

The Friend Plan discount will be activated for the existing customer in their user panel on the web.

The existing customer must have placed at least one order in the last three months to be able to enjoy this promotion.

The discount coupon will be activated for the new customer in their user panel on the web, to be used within three days in their first purchase.

Activations will be carried out over the following four business days from when they are requested (excluding weekends and holidays), so we recommend that you request it in advance before placing your order.

Promotions are only applicable to individual customers (RRP).

NFNatcane reserves the right to rectify or cancel said discount in the event that the new customer’s order is not completed or the new customer’s address coincides with an existing one.
