a. Purpose. At NFNATCANE we process your personal data in order to maintain the professional relationship we have with each other.

b. Legitimation. The legitimate interest pursued by the controller, to maintain relationships of any kind with the legal entity in which the data subject provides their services, provided that the interest or the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail.

2. Exclusive for contacts through social networks

a. Purpose. At NFNATCANE we process your personal data for the following purposes:

Answer queries, requests or petitions.
Manage the requested service, answer the request, or process a petition.
Establish a user-responsible relationship, and create a community of followers.

b. Legitimation. The legitimate interest of the controller, as well as the acceptance of a contractual relationship in the environment of the corresponding social network.

Invoices, delivery notes, budgets and contracts. At NFNATCANE we process your personal data in order to manage the services derived from the contractual relationship, as well as the commitments derived from the contract.
Advertising. At NFNATCANE we process your data in order to offer you our products and services/courses, activities and workshops/our activity.

b. Legitimation.

Invoices, delivery notes, budgets and contracts. The legitimacy for the processing of your data is the execution of a service provision contract and in compliance with the following legal obligations that apply to us:
The retention periods of your data once the contractual relationship has ended are based on compliance with the provisions of the Commercial Code.
Communication of your data when requested by the Tax Inspection is protected by Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Tax Law.

Advertising The legitimacy for the processing of your data is the consent of the interested party.

In general, the recipients of your data will be the different areas of our entity, as well as the third parties to whom we transfer your data, when it is lawful in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on data protection. To the corresponding banking entities, to be up to date with payments.

4. Exclusive Processing of images from video surveillance cameras.

a. Purpose. Our facilities are equipped with permanent video surveillance systems for security reasons.

b. Legitimation. The legitimate interest pursued is the legitimate interest pursued by the NFNATCANE, for the security of its facilities, provided that the interest or the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail.

4. CONSERVATION PERIODS.

	Does not accept receiving advertising	Your personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to attend to your request.
Information provided through the emails made available on the web	Once we have responded to your request for information, the data will be stored for a maximum of 6 months as proof against possible further claims.
Spontaneous applications	Under the NFNATCANE conservation policy, your personal data will be kept for a maximum period of ONE YEAR from receipt of the curriculum vitae.

OTHER DATA PROCESSING
Exclusive for professional contacts	Until our professional relationships end or you decide to cancel or oppose the processing of your contact data.
Exclusive for contacts through social networks	Your personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
Exclusive for clients	Invoices, delivery notes, budgets and contracts	Your personal data will be processed until the contractual relationship ends. Once it is finished, and for commercial purposes, your data will be kept for a period of 6 years in compliance with what is indicated in the Commercial Code. For tax purposes, your data will be kept for a period of 4 years in compliance with what is indicated in the General Tax Law.
	Advertising.	Your personal data will be processed until the consent granted for this purpose is revoked.
Exclusive Video surveillance systems	The recordings will be kept for a period of ONE MONTH from their capture in accordance with article 22 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS.

NFNATCANE does not plan to carry out international data transfers, if necessary, they will only be made to entities under the authorization of the US-European Union Privacy Shield agreement (more information: https://www.privacyshield.gov/welcome), to entities that have demonstrated that they comply with the level of protection and guarantees in accordance with the parameters and requirements provided for in current regulations on data protection, such as the European Regulation, or when there is a legal authorization to carry out the international transfer.

6. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO DATA PROCESSING?

You, as the data owner, have the right to obtain confirmation on the existence of a processing of your data, to access your personal data, request the rectification of data that is inaccurate or, where appropriate, request its deletion, when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or you, as the interested party, withdraw the consent granted. NFNATCANE will process and keep your data in accordance with current regulations, without prejudice to the fact that as an interested party you can request in any case, the limitation of the processing of your data. In certain cases, you may exercise your right to data portability, which will be delivered in a structured format, of common use or mechanical reading to you or the new data controller you designate. We have forms for the exercise of all the rights indicated above, however, you can also use those prepared by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. You will have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in the event that you consider that the exercise of your rights has not been adequately addressed. The maximum period to resolve will be one month from receipt of your request. In the event of any modification of your data, we thank you to notify us duly in writing in order to keep your data updated.
