To report an issue with your shipment/order, please send an email to incidencias@nfnatcane.es indicating your order number or fill out the following form, completing all fields. You can also contact us by phone at the number listed below within the indicated customer service hours.

Our telephone support hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

If you call and hear a busy signal, a long beep, or no signal (depending on the operator), please try again later or send an email/incident form.

For questions about ingredients, characteristics, types of products, etc., please consult the product sheet on the website, where we offer detailed information about each item. If after reviewing the information on the product sheet you still have questions, fill out the “Product Test”, which is the means by which our nutrition experts can advise you based on the characteristics and needs of your dog or cat.
During the order processing, you can choose between different transport agencies and types of shipping, which will indicate the different delivery times, depending on your choice.
Once the order has been processed, you will be sent an email with the necessary information to contact the transport agency you have selected and view the delivery process of your order.
